Why we like it

“PATRONO” in honor of the patron variety of the vines of our area: Nero d'Avola. It is the wine that we take care of the most because it remains in the cellar for at least 3 years from the time of harvest. Ages 1 year in steel silos, 1 year in 500L tonneaux and at least 6-8 months in the bottle. This is why our Patron receives the title of RESERVE. A wine with great personality, complexity and charm.
